The room was dirty, and I found trash under the bed. I specifically called ahead to confirm the pool would be open, but upon arrival, it was closed for renovations without any prior notice. There was a missing dresser, leaving nowhere to put our belongings, which made the stay even more uncomfortable.

I had a mixed stay overall. the room was clean and the late checkout was appreciated, but the air conditioning was broken, which was frustrating.

The room was clean and cozy, and I loved the comfy beds. Relaxing on the sun terrace while sipping my coffee was just what I needed. They offered a fun fire pit area for evening hangouts. The only downside was that the gym was closed for maintenance, but it didn't ruin my stay! 😊

The staff was incredibly accommodating and helpful during our stay, especially at check-in where they quickly resolved our room issues. The recently updated room was clean, comfortable, and provided a good night's sleep. However, the small parking area could be improved to better accommodate all guests.

The queen room had air conditioning, a microwave, and a refrigerator. The bedding was comfortable with clean sheets. Morning breakfast included fresh waffles, scrambled eggs, and good coffee. The fitness center was well-equipped for a good workout. Wifi was available and worked fine for my needs. Overall, great for a short family trip.

the bathroom had a really bad odor. but the waffles were great and the staff was helpful! also, they had a mini fridge in the room which was handy. and check-in was really quick.

I really enjoyed being just a quick drive from Fort Jackson and Heathwood Park, which were perfect for leisurely walks and relaxing views.
